To this day we are a family owned and operated business, specialising in producing a range of organic soy foods including Tofu, Tempeh, Seitan, as well as a selection of vegan products including our must-try burger patties. We also have a dedicated organic bakery where we have perfected over 25 types of bread including sourdoughs, yeasted bread, wheat-free bread, rolls and of course our delicious pies. We have worked with many of our ingredient suppliers and local growers for over 30 years, choosing to partner with only a handful of local producers who share our high standards for premium quality, artisanal and organic produce.
