High Weald Dairy Organic 'Feta' Style
Smoked Duddleswell is a hard cheddar-style cheese made from organic sheep milk. It has a well-rounded, rich flavour with a slightly sweet and nutty hint that comes from being aged for around 10 months.
We traditionally smoke the cheese over oak shavings at the dairy, giving the cheese a deliciously light smokiness that blends perfectly with the nuttiness of the sheep cheese.
