All our cheeses are made with vegetarian rennet with traditional methods used throughout. The cheeses are matured on wooden shelves and are turned weekly by our knowledgeable staff.
We portion the cheeses and wrap in compostable packaging so weights can vary and you will be refunded or billed if the price changes from the price shown above.
